In this song, what seems to have happened is that the girl was bullied/abused by someone due to having all those bandages. He got really worried about her, but she always put up a front to hide her pain, as seen when he was coming up behind her, and she noticed turning around and smiling he was probably planning to proprose and take her with him but he hears that she commited suicide and gets on his bike going as fast as he can to get to her thinking it wasn't true and in the end where the girl is on his bike as a kid it might be her ghost being with him happy about the proposal he was planing and being with him again. He also seems to have proposed at a young age with the flower ring.
