The fact that in the same frame that the future demon appears, the vocals says “mirai” that means future in japanese is one more reason to consider this opening one of the best of this year.

漫画は読んだことがなく、アニメもあまり期待せずに見始めたのですが、第1話から引き込まれました！最初は少し退屈かもしれませんが、進むにつれて素晴らしくなり、それぞれのキャラクターが独自の物語を持っているので、チャンスちょうだいね
Hopefully more people will join to watch this anime, as someone who never read the manga and started watching the anime without high expectations, I was trapped from the first chapter, maybe it starts a little quiet but as it progresses it becomes amazing and each character has its own story, give it a chance and you will not regret it

After reading the whole manga in a couple of days, this opening makes **much** more sense. A lot of foreshadowing, characters from later chapters, hints about the story, etc.

Mappa surpassed my expectations and has legit gained my respect again since AOT S4. Like wow, the talent these animators and directors have for turning one of the most unadaptable, crazy weird and special manga into an elevatory anime experience is just insane. Love this OP, as well! Fujimoto definitely had a hand in this one’s direction

今年最高のアニメは間違いなくチェーンソーマン。たとえ各話の全て最高でなくても、マッパの予算の多さがわかるし、12種類のEDを12種類の演出方法でリリースしたのは、本当に大変だっただろう。アニメのすべてのシーンは超解像度の4K壁紙で、まるで本当に映画のようでした。
best anime of the year is definitely chainsaw man, even if the arc isnt the best you can see the amount of budget put in it by mappa and how they released 12 different eds for 12 different eps, it must have been really expensive for them and every scene from the anime was a 4k wallpaper and seemed like it was from a movie so ig hats off to chainsaw man

次のシーズンでも、このOPと同じくらいか、それ以上のものを作ってくれるかな。でも、それがどんなものであろうと、同じように良いものであろうと、もっと良いものであろうと、まあまあのものであろうと、私はまだ興奮してると思うな。今期が終わってしまうのが残念です。チェーンソーマンの火曜日がなくなるのは残念。このままでは終われないと思うので、2年後くらいにシーズン2が出ることを願っています。シーズン1と同じくらい良いシーズンを作るには時間がかかると思うので、時間をかけて作ってほしいです。マッパとチェンソーマンのスタッフの皆さん、素晴らしい番組を作ってくれてありがとうございます。
I wonder if they can make another OP as good as this OP in the next season or even better. Whatever it is whether it’ll be just as good or if better or alright I’m still excited. It was an amazing wild ride too bad it has to come to an end for now. Gonna miss chainsaw man anime Tuesdays. Hopefully s2 will be out in like 2 years and not longer and I know making another season just as good as s1 will take time so I hope they do take their time with it and if it’s gonna take longer I can wait.
