It's beautiful to see how this shows the reality of what's really going on in the original Monitoring song, both in detail and the song itself it becomes fully transparent how much the mind of the person behind the door has been twisted by their depression. Lines like, "I wanna show you i care, let's share our dissected hearts" being twisted to "I wanna suck your spicy tears away, save your dissected heart" is such a smart way of showing what depression can do to people and is just genuinely genius to say that least. I think the reason why Miku's eyes look like hearts-shaped is because after the door was opened, the POV changes to MC's POV who believes that Miku was obsessed with him. This is the same as the first monitoring when we learned the truth after MC opened the door. So, in both monitoring, Miku is really just a good friend who worried about him, but because of his delusion, he thinks that she was obsessed with him.
